I think Amanda has been to 4 or 5 echo picnics starting from around the
time she was 10 I think at the Portland Picnic where we first met the
Shipps!

I'll be doing lots of that anyway! She's feeling fine now
her foot is back to being the major problem and the 
podiatrist taped it up again (no anti inflammatory 
this time though).

-> base out of the freezer this morning, sauteed some carrot, celery,
-> onion, red pepper and garlic, added the soup base and a pint container
-> of poultry stock and let it simmer a couple of hours.  Made a nice hot
-> lunch on a coolish day.

Yep used some whole grain penne and it came out goood!
