People who haven't experienced steady tradewinds have
a hard time understanding how much pressure differential
there can be from one side of a building to another! 
When you open that doore and there's a nice "shortcut"
across...you can have a howling gale in just a second!

They don't add much more weight than the saddle baskets do, but
they do put the weight at a lower center of gravity
which makes it a bit more stable.
If you can find one for free it might be
worth checking out...but I would not pay 
for one!

I'm not such a big drinker that I'd even notice a week or two 
without a drink. I probably have about one beer a month...the
number goes up significantly when Michael visits! 

-> My back pills say no alcohol also so I asked the Doc and she said it was
only
-> because in combination, I'd get goofy and sleepy.  No actual harm if I
wanted
-> to have 1-3 beers but strictly no driving even with 1 beer (legal limit

-> my size is 1).  The pills alone don't make me sleepy but if I have a
beer, they

When it's a back pain issue I looked forward to the 
enhancing effects of the alcohol. If I was knocked
out I wasn't feeling the pain in the back!

-> I always ask when something says no alcohol to know why.  In this case,
it
-> merely accentuates the effect of alcohol a little bit and makes it a bit
more 
-> effective at relaxing the back muscles.  (IE: Alcohol in moderation in a
safe
-> environment is ok).

I recorded TINMAN for Amanda on DVD, she'll really like
it when she is up here to visit. for some reason though
I can't get it to play on my puter...just on the dvd 
recorder that I recorded it on.
