Yeah, but sometimes in the heat of the moment, one forgets those
things.  I'm considering going out and buying myself a Mac Mini; my
wife's Macbook is rather nice.  I'll continue to run the BBS under
OS/2 though (and using a program called Parallels, I can run OS/2 and
XP under OSX if I need to).  Less tinkering and smacking around I have
to do, but that's if and when I get the money.

No, I'm not a sports fan.  I was actually asleep all day.  I haven't
been feeling well as of late.  This time of year always makes me
pretty sick (from being indoors; my allergies are especially virulent
in winter) so I'm either asleep or at work.

 ML> Sad. What happens then? Local opportunities or relocation?

Actually, school.  There is a university nearby, one of those
"for-profit" ones, that is quite nice and I've checked them out
thoroughly.  They've been around for 120+ years, so I guess that makes
it safer.  They're more expensive, but their entire line of studies is
available online as well as in person.  Their campus is less than a
mile from me.  I'm seriously considering going into debt to get a
degree as I don't think I'm going to go much farther without one, even
with 20+ years of experience in computers.

If that fails, there are local jobs here that I can do.  I am just
going to look into school for the time being and see what comes of it.

Unfortunately, it's because the head of the company doesn't know how
to run a company.  He also trusted someone he shouldn't have for too
many years and that person, who was in charge of the books, cooked
them pretty good and nearly bankrupted the company.  The company is
supposedly getting financial reinvestment capital, but we haven't seen
anything yet.  We're also delibrately kept in the dark out here, so
I'm wanting to do something where I feel like I can achieve something
and that there's possibilities of advancement (there's no real
advancement in this company).

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Biscuits ( Shamrock Cheese )
 Categories: Breads, Cheese/eggs, Rebekahs, Maine
      Yield: 1 Servings

      2 c  Flour
      4 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 tb Butter or margarine
    1/2 c  Cheese, grated
      1    Egg yolk
    2/3 c  Milk

  Sift dry ingredients, cut in butter. Add cheese, mix well. Beat egg
  yolk and add to milk, add gradually to flour mixture. Roll out,
shape
  into small balls and put 3 together in greased muffin tins. Bake 20
  minutes.
