Yeah, he's a delightful fellow and quite a cook so we match up well.  He's as

Very.  Some of the USA stuff i read long ago shows that the source of the
calcium suppliments can make a big difference and that was 10 years ago. 
Smething about the most common cheap one from ?seashells? was far less
effective than the amount of calcium in them would suggest.

Humm.  Could be you are eating the right stuff then since you are 'all german'
if I remember right.  Me, I already eat the right proportion of the vegetable
kingdom for calcium 'japan style normal' and use almost no milk (cholestrol
shifts in my diet).

Remember me sending you 'aku bone' recipe?  Thats a classic Hawaiian one
dressed up fusion style and very popular before they had pigs and beef on the
islands.  It's also very calcium high.  I only had it a few times and liked it
but now, I am almost craving marrow soup and things with bones.

I have a feeling the Doc is right on this one and I am not getting quite as
much calcium as I need?  As we age, thats an odd one that goes up as we women
get older.

Ah ok.  I was not sure.  Perhaps your calcium levels are not related then. I
have a feeling (unsure) that I am needing suppliments to keep me healthy on
this one and will check those out when I can get to the store (about 1 July).
My diet shifts no longer have me needing to take iron suppliments which in my
case show as nosebleeds if i get anemic.

Hehe there it is,  I recalled germanic ancestry not just stationed there.  But
you seem to be eating right for that, so it was a wild herring at best.
