So, you should have good cholesterol.  They say that soy does help
there; I probably should get more of that than I do.

Very much so, the need.  Unfortunatly, a lot of stuff can leach it from
our bones too easily.

I usually take a mega multi plus the extra calcium & C.  The C helps my
breathing by keeping the congestion factor down in my lungs.

Lord only knows at this point.  Guess I'll eat more collards once we get
moved--should get settled right about the start of the collard season.
