Thew state disability seems easier to score ... but, doesn't pay as 
well. However, if one is adjudged disabled by the state the Feds can 
hardly turn down the application - in practice. The sad fact is that so 
much dosh is going into our 21st century Vietnam that there is little 
left for necessary social services and nearly all direct applications 
for Social Security Disability Income are turned down on the first two 
tries - unless one hire a lawyer who knows how to game the system. And 
if one can afford a lawyer then that rather negates the pressing need, 
doesn't it?

I have partial revenge - beyond him getting arrested. And I wasn't even 
in on the deal - but, approved highly of the result. The single employee 
who was fired for cause called the jail and asked the duty warden "Has 
that Puerto Rican parts store dude passed my balloons of smack (heroin) 
yet?" I heard he had at least four (some say six) rather humiliating 
body cavity searches.   Bv)=

That's why I am still working - to raise the lolly for the scoot. Should 
I suddenly hit the lotto - it will mean instant retirement and sudden 
inflation in certain segments of the economy.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Moscow Chicken
 Categories: Russian, Poultry, Pastry
      Yield: 1 servings
 
    200 g  Chicken filet
     30 g  Onion
     50 g  Mushrooms
     50 g  Sour cream
      1 tb Butter
    150 g  Cooked rice
           Flour
           Dill
           Salt
           Spices

MMMMM---------------------------DOUGH--------------------------------
     60 g  Flour
      2 tb Water
           Salt
 
  Grease chicken filets with salt and fry in onion and mushrooms. Set a
  pan with oil aside. Place chicken in a baking pot. Add flour in a pan
  and fry until golden, pour in sour cream and bring to a boil. Pour
  the sauce over chicken, add chopped dill.
  
  Make dough and roll out a round to cover the pot. Cover the pot
  tightly and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at the average heat.
  
  Serve in pots with rice for garnish.
