Beg to differ. Drawn butter is first cousin to ghee. Clarified butter. 
No solids. 

What you have there is a sauce - even though it is called "Drawn Butter" 
Sauce - and the flour in the sauce masks the milk solids which are not 
present in real drawn butter. He said pedanticly

      1 l  Kvas
      2    New cucumbers
    200 g  Spring onions
      4    Hard boiled eggs
    300 g  Boiled beef
    100 g  Lean ham
      2    Boiled potatoes
 
  How are you doing? Do you have enough time to enjoy sunny days? We
  went sightseeing into a Russian province, we visited two wonderful
  places Gus Khrustalny and Muromtsevo. The Gus Khrustalny (Crystal
  Goose) town owes its origins and existence to the crystal factory,
  which was founded in 1756 on the river Gus  in the Meshchora area by
  Akim Maltzov, a merchant.
  
  The other admiration and a real pain was for us in a village
  Muromtsevo, where we found a true castle of Count Khrapovitsky. The
  count Khrapovitsky was a head of nobility of the Vladimir province.
  His estate arouses admiration and amazement of his contemporaries.
  
  I was really impressed by this character. Firstly, it is not so easy
  to find a quaint knightly castle in Russia. And why did count
  Khrapovitsky decide to build this incredible architectural
  masterpiece in the country so far away from Moscow and Saint
  Petersburg?
  
  And here is a fresh summer recipe, for you. Okroshka is a summer
  vegetable soup with kvas. This spicy, cold Russian soup was a
  favorite of the rebellious Crimean government. The Ukrainian
  equivalent is called kholodnyk and there is some debate as to which
  ingredients compose the quintessential okroshka. But, all agree that
  its tangy taste comes from kvas, the pungent drink made from fermented
  bread which serves as its base.
  
  Spring onions and cucumber are washed and sliced. So boiled beef and
  ham is sliced as well. Hard-boiled eggs and potatoes are cut into
  cubes. All of the items are put into the kvas and salted to taste.
  It's better to have kvas sour. If it's sweet you can put in a slice
  of lemon.
  
  Before serving okroshka it's recommended to keep it in a cool place or
  refrigerator for two hours. Okroshka is served with thick sour cream,
  cut parsley and dill. If it's too thick you should add some more kvas.
