Best wishes for a speedy recovery.  I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken
at once (under a general anesthetic) as they were all impacted quite
badly so I can sympathise with you.  I was in my early 20s but it still
hurt like all get out & took a good couple of months to fully recover
from (including the Christmas season's eatings). You didn't say but
hopefully you were able to get it done thru the VA.

Sounds like it's a good thing over all tho.  Will it be pretty much day
trips, knowing that you're right near the eastern (not quite) 4 corners
area?  Also, in light of the above, are you sure you'll be able to start
Monday?  Don't push it!  Read my note to Hap for an update on the foot;

 SD>   2 3/4 c  Flour

 SD>            Food Coloring
 SD>     1/3 c  Sugar
 SD>     2/3 c  Honey
 SD>       1 ts Baking Soda

 SD>   Preheat oven to 375øF.  Roll out dough using floured pastry cloth.

 SD>   paints.  (Blend egg yolk and water.  Divide among several custard
 SD>   cups.  Add different food coloring to each cup.  Paint designs using
 SD>   small paintbrushes.  If egg yolk, thickens while standing, add few
 SD>   drops water).  Bake 8-10 minutes at 375øF. For clear colors, do not
 SD>   let cookies brown.

I'd suggest using measuring spoons as "paint brushes"; you won't get
very fine detailing but it'll beat getting bristles in your cookies.  A
chap paintbrush sheds more bristles than it's worth.
