Never did and it's past season for them now.  Right now, the huge grapes and
the big thing to get.  These are muskydine sized huge dark purple ones with
thick skins, largish seeds, and may be true 'concord' type.  They are so big,
3 of them should be about 1/4 cup if mashed and might be closer to 1/3 cup.

Got some more as we braved the heat for a short Ginza trip.  It had dropped
down to about 100F but it went back up and was a good 109F when we came back a
few mins ago.  We stayed mostly inside so didnt suffer much.  5 bottles of
water between us 2 (would have been more if we'd been outside more) and a
shaved ice cone each (served in a fairly standard ice cream edible cone).

Mos Burgers for lunch.  Decent burgers, I had a simple junior one with nothing
special.  Onion rings for us both.  Mos Burger has the *best* onion rings! 
Made tempura style and not too salty.  If you forget to order a drink like we
did, they bring you glasses of ice water. (I guess you can up our water from 5
bottles between us to 6 for those cups).

Charlotte got a candy thingie where you mix water with 2 packets of powder and
stir it.  There's a 3rd packet of sprinkles she kept to the side as a dip.
Tastes sour-sweet and i like it.  Got 2 and one's on the side for a care
packet for CT Ruth.  She's watching as i types and says 'It GOOD'.  (BTW above
may be Moos burger.  Not sure, not Moss though.  Japan chain.  Better than
McDonalds and the buns have a very faint 'something else' which I think is
just a tiny touch of seaweed, so small, it's only tellable that they have a
flavor of their own that is good and faintly earthy).

At the 100 yen store, got 2 pretty dishes.  One has a little cat face with a
bow tie that will be a perfect spoon rest for the stove.  Also got 2 wood
spoons.

Finished off CT Ruth's box.  Charlotte's adding a picture and just added an
origami crane she made.

Got Charlotte a cook 'skort' since she's outgrown the other ones and needed
summer wear things.  Got her 2 shirts for lighter heat wear (one's more my
style but ran into a 2 for 1 sale though I hadnt realized it.  Sales lady
explained it in pantomime well enough to catch on).

35 yen each for what is essentially a frozen cherry stone meat, deshelled and
cleaned.  Got 6 of them to go with dinner tonight (Cucumber cold soup, steamed
clams on shredded lettuce, cold huge grapes, green cold tea).

Anyways, Don's wrapping the box now for Ruth. ;-)  Be there in 3-5 weeks.
