Thanks for that endorsement.  That is what I found when I tried it.

What does that say about the quality of Hollywood movies and related
entertainment?!

Grossness is in the eye of the beholder.  To a devout vegetarian, a
rare steak, oozing life, would be quite obscene.  My attraction
towards what some people find gross is curiosity and a desire to taste
the unusual. I would not eat something unpleasant merely because of
the grossness factor, like the proverbial slurping down the brains of
live monkeys. I have no objection to the brains as food, but only if
they had been removed, crumbed and fried or grilled with some bacon.

      Title: Broiled Brains and Bacon
 Categories: Meats, Organ meats
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 lg Sets of calf's brains
      8 sl Streaky bacon; cut in half
 
  Prepare brains as usual.  Preheat broiler while preparing brains.
  
  Cut the sets in half.  Place bacon-strip halves on bottom of shallow
  baking pan and arrange halves of brains on top of each 2 strips.  Now
  cover each half of brain with 2 of the half-strips of bacon.  Place
  under broiler for 6 minutes.  Turn and broil for another 5 to 6
  minutes or until bacon is quite crisp.
