Hehe I think you mean me here. Sorry, so far behind!

Breadmakers tend to be slightly specific in the order but I've gotten used to
my first one of many years and not adapted that from there.  Water first
(and/or milk if asked for), then flour, then 'the rest' (including egg, oil,
butter etc).  I tend to not use the 'timed bake' where you set it up at night
then have it actually start several hours later.  I start it right away.  That
may make a difference in how you layer stuff.

I seem to recall bread books have you put the yeast in it's own little flour
pocket, not 'touching' the salt or sugar or anything else if doing a delayed
bake?  If you make it right after filling the pan, it works to add the water
then the flour, then dump the rest in with no really special order, and turn
it on.  Feel free if making it right away to dump the salt/sugar/yeast all
atop one another as it wont matter.  They can be dumped in the middle of the
spices and egg and cheese if you added that.

So, seeing as I'm catching up pointers still, what currewnt questions do you
have?  They are fun little machines!  I've largely stuck to simple white types
but have made some of the fancy ones now and again.
