I use the latter, plus Sudafed.  Had been on Allegra, but then the
pharmacy changed their formulary list for out here.

Good thing you don't live out here.  I take stuff year round, the
biggest problem being dust (and my asthma).  Mold is probably a big
factor too, as well as pollen, critters, etc.  A couple of weeks before
we left AZ, I was in ER for a dust induced asthma attac--found out then
that I'm allergic to Naproxin.

Folnase?  It's a steroid and they take longer to build up to the
effective level in the body.  Steve uses it but I can't; we think it
created a hole in my septum.

Working on it but unfortunately, it's not serious enough to get me to
stop everything completly.  So, I keep on at (almost) full steam but
I'll probably be floored soon if I don't slow down.  Went to the UH
men's volleyball match last night with friends (They creamed Brigham
Young University, #4 ranked nationally!) and out to Zippy's afterward.
That is a local (statewide) chain; most of them have a Napoleon's bakery
tied in.  Sort of not quite a Denny's, heavy influence of local foods
tho.  I got a chocolate brownie a la mode, no nuts--gave the cherry to a
friend.  Our pastor & wife went with us; they didn't know that chocolate
is good for my asthma but were amused to hear that it is, and why.  They
just knew (from others) that I'm a serious chocoholic.  The guy that
took my cherry said that he'd send my way all the dark chocolate he gets
in the Hershey's or Nestle's bags of assorted mini bars. (G)
