Yup!  I will make congee tomorrow.  Echo traffic delay (mostly me in posting)
but I'm back to having trouble eating again.  It's just my version of stress
reaction and quite temporary.  I weighed at work then at home and turns out
they are the same.  Now at 116 but I was hungry at lunch and ate a goodly bit
then later at our CPO hail and fairwell, downed a bit more.  Congee is gentle
and i'll eat it tomorrow.

Charlotte is cooking a bit more now each day.  Nothing really fancy on her own
yet, but she can manage a can of spagetti type stuff on her own easy and when
I'm cooking, she kibbitzes.

At this stage, she wants a solid recipe to follow, and isnt all that
variational (at least to my version, but she'd drive Ian up the wall already!)
