   It is certainly one of the central hubs.  I feed from there as does
   Sean and the Doc's Place BBS.

   A good reason why folks should have back up BBSes:-}}   I often go to
   other places to check, but cannot check everywhere.   If anyone sees
   a problem they can email me and I'll try to see what I can find out
   and/or help fix.

   That is what I figured.  As with some other rules here, we often let
   occasional lapses go without saying anything.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Chile Rellenos
 Categories: Mexican, Chile, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Cubannelle peppers, roasted
           -and deseeded
      1    Egg, beaten
    1/2 c  Milk
      1 c  Flour
    1/4 c  Cooking oil
      1 c  Shredded monterey jack
           -cheese
      1 c  Shredded sharp cheddar
           -cheese
    1/2    Onion finely chopped
    1/4 c  Chopped cilantro
      2 tb Tabasco sauce
 
  Mix the cheeses, onion, cilantro and tabasco sauce and stuff carefully
  into the chiles.  Blend the egg and milk and coat the peppers then
  dredge in the flour.  Place them in a cooking pan with the oil and
  brown all sides.  Top them with salsa and cheese and put them in a
  350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  
  We are serving Dave's Chile Rellenos at El Pass-O Cafe this week.
  His are a little more elaborately stuffed and topped with salsa,
  cheese, raisins, dried cranberries and nuts. They are to die for!
