It's really quite easy to make, and if you do the prep work ahead of time like 
dicing up the onions, ginger, cilantro it really is pretty fast as well!

We still have been discussing what the problem might have actually been. 
Maybe they discovered that the boudin had gone bad, or the cook could have 
already gone for the night...any number of reasons but none make that sort 
of treatment ok. And no customer deserves to be treated that poorly.
Today was much better, and tomorrow we go to the baseball park!!
