Yes, quite well over all.  Had one weather related detour (only a mile
or so of when we planned to get off I-10 anyway) and took alternate
routings several times just for something different.  This past week end
we went to Florida (Zephyrhills) to see Steve's mom & dad--used two
slightly different routes but they were only about 5 miles different in
driving time.

 RH> Oyster House), had a fantastic seafood meal at Ed's Seafood Shack
 RH> outside of Mobile and a lot of "road food" (stuff grabbed while
 RH> traveling).  I'll have to sit down and write it all up but just wanted
 RH> to let everybody know we are now in Georgia.

 DS>   I don't know if Bubba's was there when we were in Savannah a couple
 DS>   years ago.  We went to Paula's restaurant though.

We're saving Paula's place until something special comes up--and after I
get some of her cook books.  She will autograph copies that are brought
to her place on West Congress, even if bought in other places.  Her new
show is filmed at Uncle Bubba's; we sat to what would be her left as she
was standing behind the cooking island.

OK, I'll check them out.  I've not spotted a German place in the phone
book but hopefully there is on--or maybe one in Hinesville (home of Fort
Stewart, about 45 minutes away).
