I found this in the Canada Food and Drug Act regulations....

 B.14.070. [S]. Wieners and Beans or Wieners with Beans shall be the
 food prepared from dried beans and wieners, may contain sauce,
 seasoning, spices and a sweetening agent and shall contain not less
 than 25 per cent wieners, as determined by official method FO-36,
 Determination of Wiener Content of Meat Specialties, October 15, 1981.

But:

B.14.071. [S]. Beans and Wieners [...] shall contain not less than 10
per cent wieners.

As to Pork and Beans, they are called Beans with Pork here.

 B.11.040. [S]. Beans with Pork or Beans and Pork shall be the food
 prepared from dried beans and pork, may contain sauce, seasoning,
 spices and a sweetening agent and shall contain not less than 60 per
 cent drained solids, as determined by official method FO-20,
 Determination of Drained Solids of Beans with Pork or Beans and Pork
 and Beans or Vegetarian Beans, October 15, 1981.

There is no minimum pork content (and Dave will be pleased that it was
found on the vegetable list, not the meat or combination food lists.)

Now to up the protein and porkiness you need pork and beans and wieners
and bacon!

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Bacon Wrapped Franks/beans
 Categories: Beans, Bacon, Pork, Sausage
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
     32 oz canned pork and beans
           -with tomato sauce
      2 tb Ketchup
      2 tb Brown sugar
      1 tb Minced onion
    1/2 c  Chunk style pineapple
           Drained
    1/4 c  Pineapple liquid
      1 lb Frankfurters
    1/2 lb Bacon
 
  Prepare hot coals on barbeque.  Heat oven to 350.  Prepare beans while
  coals are heating.  Combine pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar,
  onion, and pineapple chunks and pineapple liquid.  Bake for 30
  minutes. Garnish with bacon curls.

  Wrap each frank with a slice of bacon fastening each end with a
  toothpick.  Broil on hot coals about 4 inches from heat. Turn franks
  as often as necessary to prevent burning; broil until bacon is crisp.
