I think they do better with things like scallops, clams, oysters, etc
than finned fish.  If Gail had ordered something like those vs the
salmon, she might have been hapier. Salmon requires a gentler touch in
prep and cooking than a lot of shellfish places tend to give: I'd
hesitate to order it in a place known for shellfish.

It's good, but not as good as the local bbq place where we stopped in
Statesboro on the way down here.  (G)

We knew of it from being there a couple of times while Rachel and David
lived in Charleston.  I suspect they learned of it from fellow Air Force
folks.

Worth checking out when we get up there. I know there's a tea plantaion
outside of Charleston, can't remember exactly where, but we've talked
about going to visit it in the not too distant future.

Looks like a good one for this time of year.  We move into our house on
Friday; I"m going to try to get a fresh pumpkin over the week end and
put it up (probably freeze) next week.  Steve had to celebrate his
birthday on Saturday without his usual pumpkin treat.
