Oh yes, "country style ribs". We had quite a thread on that while you
were at sea.

It might work well in something like this:

     Title: CATFM Barbecue Sauce For The Shrimp Skewer
Categories: BBQ, grill, Sauces, Shrimp
  Servings: 1 batch

      1 c  ketchup
    1/4 c  Worcestershire sauce
      3 TB minced leeks
      3 TB fresh garlic
    1/2 c  pineapple juice
      3 TB lemon juice
    1/4 c  rice wine vinegar
    1/4 c  chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c  cayenne pepper hot sauce
    1/3 c  brown sugar

Start by sauteing your leeks and garlic after they start to turn
translucent Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil until
sauce begins to thicken. Then use all you want baby.
