I'll use several different kinds of meat, both ground and chunked in the same 
chili. When I make chili its a fun adventure! Not so much fun in a "set it and 
forget it" crockpot situation. Edible, but not nearly as much fun to make! As 
for the beans no beans, sometimes I uses em and sometimes I don't uses em 
(grin) But they are always added at the end. Anne and I are going to a Chili 
potluck tonight with her grade level co teachers. I'll be making a papaya 
avacado salad (avacado, papaya, wee bit o cilantro, dice anahiem pepper, 
and diced cucumber, and some diced red onion, with a lime vinegrette), but 
I'd rather have made the chili!
