I wouldnt mind, but I seldom have actual 'fish' at breakfast.  I suppose though

that depends on what is leftover.  That doesnt mean I have something that 
doesnt have fish in it in some way.  We've gotten fond of congee here and it's 
a fast thing to reheat.

Next to Jim Bodle, I'm probably the only one here who has squid for breakfast 
on a common basis (grin).

Humm!  I've gotten used to smaller servings of several things.  I didnt post 
much about the breakfast at the Grand Mer hotel in Okinawa.  Smorgasbord type 
place. There were about 15 traditional japanese things eaten at that time, 
about 20 traditional hot USA types, and some 15 European ones. (i counted 
waffles and eggs as USA but coddled eggs as Europe).

I didnt sample but a little bit of it.  The Japanese miso breakfast soup is so 
good, I'd get 2 bowls of it and tidbits of other things.  Charlotte liked hers 
with extra nori and rice.  I added niboshi and rice and a hot red pepper based 
oil and spinach.  Don added bacon and rice <g>.

Don had eggs at the side and i had fresh fruit (Charlotte had bread then stole 
our fruit and eggs with sly chopsticks so we looked like little piggies as we 
would get up to get more).

I've seen recipes, ?greek I think? that just coat them with olive oil and a bit

of spice then fry with little oil.  Might be that?  Something close to it 
possible?  Doesnt sound like a bad idea at all to me.  Might be quite good!

Sometimes here too but i have to keep my cholestrol down, so not that often.
