I'll probably not make it with spam regardless, I have several very specific 
uses for spam (hawaiian connections) but never use it otherwise.

Amanda got me a mini bamboo steamer for a Christmas gift, so we are going 
to invent some dim sum today and I think several will include a few brussels 
sprouts leaves (they'll be small steamed buns about the size of a ping pong 
ball) and some BBQ pork. For tomorrow our traditional first meal...cornbread 
and blackeyed peas......yummmmmmmmmm!
