I love good onion soup with a round of french bread on top, and parmigiano
sprinkled on top.. a number of places I've eaten at cover it with mozzarella..
I didn't like that at all, but to each his own I guess :)

Do you must get "lake effect snow" there?  Ron's Aunt lives in Erie, PA and
we've seen the results of that there on occaision :)

I agree, it shouldn't be necessary.  I can't believe sometimes that people just
can't wait the hour or whatever til they get to their cars or homes.. My
mother-in-law was always like that.. couldn't wait 5 minutes for a cig <grin>.
Poor thing died from Emphysema finally.. a particulary nasty way to go :(

You're lucky then :)  I'm still smoking but I can hold out for days if I have
to <grin>.. Last year, I fell and broke a rib and punctured a lung (boy did
that hurt <grin>). I was in the hospital for 5 days, and that was it.. couldn't
smoke... after I got home, it was maybe two weeks til I started again. I'll try
again someday.

We ate at a japanese restaurant night before last, it was great.  They serve
sushi and other standard japanese dishes.  I wasn't in the mood for sushi so I
got Shrimp Tempura.  Ron got Udon noodles and soup with an amazing amount of
seafood in the soup <grin>.  They give you so much to eat at this restaurant I
always end up taking some home for lunch the next day :)  My Shrimp Tempura had
about 6 gigantic Shrimp, several slices of tempura vegetables like sweet
potatoes, zucchini, and onions... Yummy :)
