As they are lighter, like Cocola bottles, they probably would not carry
as far.  Certainly if I was a player I would prefer the plastic.

I know, but he sets himself up for being picked on.

Today I introduced him to another form of wine package - the one litre
screw-top plastic/cardboard carton.  Rather like a milk carton in size
and character, but with a screw-top on one side of the top.  A good
size for sharing with a friend for a meal.  This one contained Long
Flat Cabernet Merlot 2005, from New South Wales.  Quite reasonable for
$7.95.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Tuna and tomato pasta bake
 Categories: Italian, Pasta, Fish
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    425 g  Can tuna pieces, drained
    375 g  Pkt garlic & herb trivelle
    200 g  Grated fetta cheese
      2    Leeks, sliced
      2 tb Olive oil
      2 tb Butter
      2 cl Garlic, crushed
    800 g  Can tomatoes, chopped
      1 t  Chilli powder (or to taste)
      1 t  Dried oregano leaves
      3 tb Dry white wine
           Salt to taste
      1 t  Coarse black pepper
 
  Cook pasta according to packet directions; drain and rinse with hot
  water. Heat oil and butter in large pan, add leeks, garlic and chilli
  to taste. Cook, stirring, until leeks are soft. Stir in oregano,
  tomatoes, wine and tuna. Bring to boil, simmer for 1 - 2 minutes.
  Blend pasta into tuna mix and spoon into a greased 3 litre casserole
  dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in moderately hot oven (180~C)
  for 10 - 15 minutes, or until cheese is starting to brown and pasta
  is heated through.
