TA usually, not teach. Happily Amanda 
has TA'd (Teaching Assistant) several 
classes, but now with her full funding she's
free to spend all her time doing her research
and working on papers for publication.

We make those on occasion. Or we
used to before we pretty much gave up
on breads.

He seems to be pretty good at that 
already, while we were there a group
of 5 young undergrads came out to 
the labs from campus to visit for the
weekend. Maybe the helpless impression
works too! (grin) He's quite a nice fellow 
and enjoyable to talk to. Before he could
come to the US for his post graduate work
he had to spend a year as a worker at a
shrimp farm! His Phd will be in aquaculture
and he's doing his doctoral research in 
hormonal triggers to breeding in certain
crabs (I think).
