Sounds like the kid was too overwhelmed by the choices and ended up not
eating much because he didn't know what there was on the plate he liked.

Some people just don't get it.

That should be, but isn't always a given, especially the way a lot of
younger folks eat these days.  Unfortunately, good nutrition and how to
eat right seem to be relics from the Dark Ages in today's world.
