Truely, it is.  What happens though is we all get 1% or more less than active
duty when it comes to increments based on inflation.  Active duty may or may
not get full, congress critters get full, and retirees are locked to less
than full by congress.  grrrr.....

This adds up fast.  In 10 years, you are 10% behind.

Interesting!  I had not known they changed the HYT.  Likely it applies to me
too but with my medical situation, it isnt something i can validly take
advantage of.

My problems would make that awkward as the side I'd need a cane on, is the
same as the neck problem affecting that arm.

Awww, you should!  It's really good info.  They even have a scaled down set
here just for spouses.

Meantime, just fired up my first record player since before Charlotte was
born.  Charlotte thinks Kingston Trio is cool.  I do too.  I think I have all
their albums.  I've been treking all my records around for eons and finally
got a player again, after the old unit I got when I moved out from home,
died.  'To Morrow' is on!
