We had something like 3 or 4 separate groups meeting in the Rochester
area.  I think it was 4, since I remember that we would tell people that
it was possible to get all 4 of the topics within one month, if one was
wanting information quickly... the groups' schedules were offset so that
each one of them had one of the 4 topics each month, and they met on
different weeks.  There still were usually 2 or 3 leaders per group and
often each group had at least one leader in training as well, so there
was no shortage of people to lead the meetings.

Fortunately we had a good pediatrician.  He did ask periodically if we
had started certain solid foods, but didn't make any sort of fuss when
I'd tell him the baby wasn't really interested yet.  And he didn't push
at all.  He knew I was nursing, and the baby was obviously thriving... 
If I were to do it all over, I'd be more likely to just have a Family
Practitioner for all of us...  I've been very pleased with the practice
I've been in for a while now, first for myself, and then also when I got
my elderly neighbor in.  So I recommended it to my niece for herself and
her baby, when she got pregnant.  She's been happy there too.

Wegmans actually has a natural foods department in their stores, some
stores have a more extensive department than others, but a lot of things
can be found there.  I shop Lori's for some of the less common things
here.  When we are up at our camp, since the major supermarket isn't
very well stocked for natural foods, we get a lot of stuff from the
Natural Foods store there in Canton...  at least, as long as we are up
there for a long enough time to warrant a full grocery trip... (G)

My niece that lived with us for a few years has given us "bragging
rights" to her baby... her mom just has to share him with us.  :)  I'm
"Aunt Grammy", Richard is "Grumple" (short for Grampa Uncle)...  As
Derek sees me more than he sees his real grandmothers, he's already
making a relationship with me... :)  He was born in February.. hard to
believe he's almost a year old already!  Otherwise, though, I tend to be
more of an auntie to the kids at church... :)
