So split one, the calories shouldn't be that great.  I'm still making
slow but steady progress.  Eating less and practicing more portion
control lets be do it without giving up some of the things I really
like.  We're also eating a lot of green salad; eating it before I dig
into the rest of my meal helps me eat less of the entree.

I know; it's the thought that I was just going in for the one thing that
irked me.  I saw the same PA I'd seen in early September so she wanted
to follow up on a few issues she'd noted.

I see; it's probably like my parent's house.  To redo the kitchen to
what I'd want would mean taking out at least one of the other rooms,
maybe two. The house is small enough that I'd want to have an extention
put on it to make the space I would want for other things but, like your
place, the floor plan isn't that great.  My folks did do a bit of a
remodel 30 some years ago but it was basically a reshuffle of a few
things and new cabinets.

I know, I keep "forgetting" to buy the tickets too.  Actually, we're
waiting for Great Aunt Agitha to die and leave us her millions; trouble
is, neither of us has a Great Aunt Agitha.
