Today is three years to the day that I got
out of the hospital after my heart attack.
I think I've used three or four nitro pills
in all that time. I do remember to refill the 
prescription each year though...if mine are 
younger than yours you might want to 
refresh em just in case.

If she doesn't think it's "done" she simply
refuses to eat it. Passive aggressive, but
it works on me at least. If she want's it
incinerated, I'll incinerate it for her.

I'm not the fondest of MSG.
a touch is ok, but I think it's
often (most often) overused
and it becomes a crutch.

There is that, and at least now
when he does one it's really appreciated
and enjoyed by folks who know how
much care and effort he puts into it!
I'm now enjoying my clear liquids 
in preparation of the colonoscopy.
I'd LOVE a smoked turkey sarnie
on sourdough with mayo and 
dressing!
