I dunno...maybe Hap can assist on why the mail order joints don't like USPS.  I
know when I called places, and that was an option, I used it.

Yep, cheap labor costs in the end.  I met a friend for coffee the other day and
when we left Brandi was trying to explain to April (a blond and really these
are
their names) how to work the complicated register, badly I might add, when
someone hands you $10.50 for a bill that $3.50 and how you ring that up.

Probably because it's one of the 3 or 4 things to go look at on that island.
After our 1st trip there we'd pretty much seen it, we still kept going back
because when we went it was for a "vacation" from work and we tended to
vegetate, which the island is superior at providing opportunities for.  Lanai
might be good for that, never been there.  We know that Molokai is very good at
it because the only thing to see there is the leper colony, a little to good
for
even us.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Brain Dead Dinner <t> - Skillet Potatoes
 Categories: Duhh
      Yield: 1 servings

    1/2    Bag Cascadian country style
           Potatoes (frozen mix of
           Potatoes,
           Peppers, and onions)
      1 ea Apple juice (small amount)
      3 sl Yves Canadian Bacon (veggie
           & nonfat),
      1 pk Hain fatfree gravy mix

  Chop up the Canadian Bacon slices into bite size pieces.

  Heat apple juice in nonstick skillet.  Add enough potatoes to more or
  less form one layer.  Sprinkle the chopped up canadian bacon on top.
  Stir/turn over a couple of times, several minutes apart, to prevent
  excess sticking (I like crisp potatoes so I let it stick a bit).

  While potatoes are cooking, mix up gravy mix (I was so brain damaged
  I just microwaved some leftover gravy that I found in the fridge :-),
  pour over potatoes to taste and eat.

  Some good bread to sop up the gravy would be a plus.  Next time I'll
  add some other frozen veggies.
