Ärende: How was your Christmas?

I'm an enjoyer, not a taster...  (G)  Not at all peaty, though, probably
had rum highlights (since I'm not a rum drinker, I think I'd probably
miss which went with the rum cask it steeped in.. although that could
well have been the slight difference in taste from my more usual sherry
casked Macallen).  Other than that... just good.  :)

He got it specially, knowing that his other brother also greatly
appreciates the really good stuff... and that that is just about my only
drink.  The fourth person that was making inroads was the sister who was
hostessing the event.  :)  Those that came in and wanted to taste
probably wouldn't have even tried a blend, but the single malt intrigued
them enough for a taste from one of our glasses...  ;)

As I came in the door of my sister's house, this brother came right over
beaming at me, put his arm around me, and told me I had to come see what
he'd brought as a special Christmas present...  He, Mary Grace and Rob
already had glasses going...  :)  And, just for the record, the party
started at about noon, and didn't really break up until well after 6 pm.
Plenty of time to sip away the whole bottle... ;)  I do think that my
brothers got the lion's share of it, though.
