Sounds like a bit cooler even than I remember Louisville was this time of
year.. but that depended on the year :)  Some years they got a _lot_ of snow, I
sure remember people telling me about that :)

hehe.. we saw PLENTY of slush yesterday.. boy.. rained all night the night
before, got freezing rain and some little snow the next morning.. then it
warmed up to about 39-40 and all there was in the streets was a slushy mess :(

Oh well, good signs of spring being on the way though... my Burpee Catalog came
in the mail this week (g).

hehe.. good idea with the stuffing.. hadn't thought of that :)  Hope you got my
netmail to you this afternoon.. the vertisserie came today and it's in GREAT
shape :)  She wasn't kidding about it only being used twice.. the only problem
is, as I mentioned to you in my netmail, she didn't have the recipe book that
came with it.. only the use and care book.. which at least does give you the
temp and times for most things you'd want to roast so that's something. :(
Guess I'll have to wing it if I don't hear back from Franklin Chef (contacted
them today as well).

Yep, Understand.. I think my sister and her doc were a bit concerned knowing
how many other immune system problems existed in our family.. Luckily, turned
out ok, though.
