Nah. Naughty is a big package of high sugar, thick, solid cookies
with creme filling and eating the whole bag with half a bottle of
bourbon. Now that's naughty.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: "Skinny" Shepherd's Pie
 Categories: Beef, Casseroles, Healthy, Main dish, Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings

    FILLING:
      1 lb Beef round steak
      1 lg Onion; finely chopped
      1    Clove garlic; minced
      2 ts Olive oil
  1 1/4 c  Defatted beef broth;
    Divided
      8 oz can tomato sauce
      2 md Carrots; peeled and
    -thinly sliced
      2    Stalks celery; thinly
    Sliced
      2 c  fresh green beans; chopped
      2    inch lengths
      2 lg Bay leaves
      1 ts Dried thyme leaves
    1/2 ts Dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 ts Dry mustard
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/4 ts Salt
      1 ds Cayenne pepper
    TOPPING:
      4 c  1-inch cubed, peeled boiling
    Potatoes
    1/4 c  1 % fat milk; approximate
    1/3 c  Non-fat yogurt
    1/4 c  Grated reduced-fat Cheddar
    Cheese
      1 tb Canola or corn oil
    Margarine
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  FILLING: Trim off and discard all fat from meat. Cut into very
  thin 2-inch long diagonal strips. In spray-coated Dutch oven or
  other large oven-proof pot, brown meat over medium-high heat,
  about 6 or 7 minutes. Remove meat to medium-sized bowl and
  reserve.

  In Dutch oven, combine onion, garlic, oil, and 3 tablespoons
  broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring, 6 or 7 minutes or until
  onion is tender. If liquid begins to evaporate, add more broth.
  Return meat to pot with onion and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce and
  remaining beef broth. Stir in carrots, celery, and green beans.
  Add bay leaves, thyme, marjoram, mustard, pepper, salt, and
  cayenne pepper, if desired. Stir to mix well. Bake, covered, 1
  hour, or until meat is tender.

  TOPPING: Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine potatoes and
  enough water to cover. Cover and bring to boil over high heat.
  Lower heat and simmer 15 to 17 minutes or until potatoes are very
  tender. Drain potatoes well in colander.

  Return potatoes to pot in which they were cooked, and add
  remaining topping ingredients. Mash with potato masher. If mixture
  seems too stiff to spread, add a bit more milk. Remove stew from
  oven and uncover. Drop potato topping by large spoonfuls onto
  bubbling mixture. Carefully spread out topping with back of large
  spoon. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, 17 to 20 minutes or
  until potatoes are heated through and begin to brown.
