Hi Ruth!

>> > That's where it is really nice to know that someone else knows.

>> Yes, we're fortunate. :)

> And he spoils me rotten. (G)

Oh no!!! another spoiled brat like ME???? (lol) I think we should start a
club (grin)

>>> instance when the heat is getting to me.. Ron will though, and he'll
>>> point it out to me and I'll say, oh rats.. <laugh>

>> > And then you get out of the heat & get a drink of water? A few

>> Normally for me that means get out of the garden and the sun :) :)
>> Get some shade for a bit :)

> That helps but a drink will also. Sip it while enjoying the view.

It's the darn heat that gets to me, water or no (grin). It's almost like I'm
drunk.. just a symptom of the MS. We've learned over the years how to deal with
all this stuff, though. That's part of the reason I still smoke (sick though
it sounds). No stress or agita pretty much means no negative activity in the
legs.. unless I smoke too much.. then I pay (g).

That's really really neat :) I remember seeing my daughter's face when her
first was born :) it was almost too much :)

hahahahahahaha don't tell me you don't like Cilantro.. I hate it :)

>> Not bad at all :)

> No, and so far I've felt well enough that we've not dug into the supply.

Here, it's more Me:"are you hungry?" Him:"Ah, kinda" Me:"ok lemme see what
we've got today" Him:"Darn, now I'm starving" (grin).

>>> only January (she was born in July <g>).. Later in talking with Ron's

>> > What day in July? Mine is in July also. (G)

>> She was born July 21st :)

> That's my birthday too. (G)

That is too much :) :) Absolutely :)

>> > In some ways I'm very organised (geting reeady for moves); other
>> ways > I'm very laid back.

>> Yes, moves I've always found not difficult to organize.

> It helps to know what the packers expect.

Yep.. and when we did it ourselves (not a moving company doing it), it wasn't
hard to figure what stayed til the last moment, and what got packed beforehand
:)

>>> sandwiches with unbleached white flour.. I'd always throw in 1/4 cup
>>> of wheat germ in with each cup of flour.. that and some soy flour for
>>> added protein.

>> > The old Cornell mix. (G) I did the mix of whole wheat and white
>> before

See, now I think you must have read the Joy of Cooking :)

>> Yes, the Cornell mix :)

> You don't hear about it much these days.

No you don't.. I remember seeing it in the Joy of Cooking and figuring how
could you not do this :)

>> > the girls were born. By the time they came along, we were using all
>> > whole wheat (and other whole grains).

>> A lifetime of it for you, it seems :)

> Over half of my life time, but the better half. (G)

So I'm a slow starter I guess :)

Take care,
Janis
