That's what people have been saying. The advantage the
steakhouses have is the hothothot broiler.

Turns out it's a Carl's Jr. ad.

Why not? They are big and spend most of their time, when
not being harassed by large cats, standing around eating
stuff. I note that the Toronto Zoo and yeshiva.org.il both
claim that the meat is tough, but, according to a report on
kalahari-trophy-hunting.com,
  We cut a large loin steak out of the Giraffe. The meat
  was so fresh it was still quivering and contracting.
  We grilled the Giraffe steak over a Black Hook Thorn
  fire. I have eaten a variety of wild game in North
  America and Africa. I can honestly say that this
  Giraffe steak was the best meat that I have ever
  eaten. It was flavorful and as tender as butter.

I don't know whom to believe but would tend to go with
someone who had a source of fresh meat.

Lio Kai (Hawaiian for "sea horse")
cat: booze, hotel
servings: 1

1 lime, juice of
1 Tb sugar
couple leaves of mint
2 oz white rum
1 ds soda water

Muddle lime juice, sugar, and mint together.

In a glass filled with ice, combine lime-mint mixture
and rum. Top with soda water. Mix together and enjoy!
