Just my suspicion of course, but I'm pretty sure
most folks would not recognize a chunk of real
prime if it came up and bit them on the lip!
We've been slowly converted into believeing that
leaner meat is better (in some respects it is, but
for flavor you need some good ole fat!) and 
I've been seeing a whole lot of "choice select"
on labels at the grocery, and more select than
choice these days...not even sure what 
"choice select" is...and what quality is
"Certified angus"?. is select angus certified?

Well if the result is more beer and pork...I'd
not be complaining about it! Sorry about your
friend, but we are getting to the point where 
we'll be making more and more of those visits.
Anne's just now getting over losing two uncles
in less than three weeks.

BTW, there's a new BBQ place in Freighthouse,
where the Good German place used to be.
I have not tried it yet but the owner/cook
is from texas, so I'm gonna see how good 
his brisket is!
