I know the feeling. We tried to start at one point but had enough
expenses that we couldn't then.  Did start some years later but lost the
money we could have earned had westarted when we wanted to.

We've had a few days in the upper 60s/low 70s.  Not quite swim suit
weather but better than it was. Don't need to cook quite so rib sticking
stuff for a few days.
