 RH> Sounds like a plan to me.  I'm not a big fan of traditional American

American breakfasts took their cue from European breakfasts,
only they are more skewed toward the sweet (rather than the
salty). So they provide a nice burst of energy at the head
of the day, with the long term effect of giving us childhood
(and beyond) fatness. Yay for the cereal industry.

As far as Bisquicky things go, they should be similar to the
real thing, except for the fat, which I think would be sort
of dubious because of the requirement of long shelf life.
On the other hand, it should be easy to make a semi-mix,
just flour, leavening, dried eggs, and salt I guess, and
add oil and milk at cooking time. On the other other hand,
pancakes are so easy, why use a mix at all, unless you are
really, really pressed for time at breakfasttime? Which
makes me wonder, what's wrong with Mickey D's pancakes?
The turnover should be fast.

In general, but that doesn't explain the pork 'n' applesauce

I don't see what the early history of Vegas has to do with
anything, and anyhow, it did exist in some form before Bugsy,
the movie notwithstanding. Speaking of, I now figured from
his comments about Vegas why Obama got elected ... he's a
puritan down underneath.

MMMMM---- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Crabbies
 Categories: Crab
      Yield: 12 Servings

      1 c  Butter, softened
      1    10-oz  jar Cheez Whiz
           -spread
      1    Ib. crab meat (fresh, canned
           -or fake, all are good. **
      1 tb Mayonaise
      1 ts Seasoned salt
    1/4 ts Garlic salt
     12    English muffins, split

  ** I use Fake.

  Combine butter and cheese spread. Mix well. Mix in crab meat. Add Mayonaise
  and seasonings. Spread on english muffins. Freeze until needed (will keep
  two months).

  Serve two halves as a lunchion dish or cut each half into six triangles for
  hors d'oeuvres. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 10 minutes. Makes 24 halves.
