As I was saying to Michael in an earlier
message, so far I've been pretty good at
avoiding wealth (grin).

I am also involved with an online artists
community (I do watercolors) and many of
the members are from climates like Yellowknife
Jim's..One, a nurse, lives in Northern Ontario and
walks to work (1/2mile) even during the winters!!
I'm like you, I don't mind an occasional cold snap
and even some snow every so often..but I tend 
to like cooler temps than most, but I would not
like to live live Jim, with common temps in the 
double digit minuses!

I just try to make the fan's day at the 
ballpark a good one regardless of the 
score on the field. I am lucky in that I
really do have a lot of fun at the ballpark
and I think it shows. Meeting three world 
series pitchers in one day was certainly a 
big thrill, but I get a big thrill out of just
being there for lots and lots of games!
