I've heard of it.  You would probably do a good job of teaching based on
your Navy back ground.

Sad, but they have to make a living as well. In that case, you're best
off waiting until the economy improves and more people are wanting to
build or renovate.  We looked at on campus, 2 bedroom housing at the
seminary this week.  The kitchen is a joke!  Only 2 drawers (with
matching # of lower cabinets) on the bottom, very little decent useable
counter space.  There was one big (about 4'x4') counter that looked to
be best used as a place to eat (but I don't want to eat off of bar
stools nor do I want my friends and family to).  Storage was pretty much
non exsistant.  We also looked at a 3 bedroom housing unit that was a
major step up--I could live there vs only exsisting in the 2 BR.  MOre
storage overall, much better kitchen and other little niceitys.  NOw we
just have to wait a few weeks until we get an offer.

We may have a minor cold snap or two but nothing like this past week
end.  We missed the snow (barely) but had quite a number of severe
weather warnings.

In a way, I sort of wish ours were.  But, I know Steve wants seminary so
I'll put up with another couple of moves.
