-> We're trying.  Went down to the dealer to turn in the rental Friday

-> Ford.  This time an engineer from the company saw it.  Time #6!  We got
-> a rental (Mazda 5) again--in the time it took to get back our car, head
-> out & back, get the paperwork, etc done, the Escape had been rented.

Any solution in sight yet? Are you going to'
keep the car anyway or trade it in?

Always a chance! My cousin who lives in that area
has more airline miles than Michael..so catching her
"at home" is iffy at best!
