You are fortunate to be able to write that short story.  If that
landing had been much worse the story could have been shortened to the
point where it was not written.  I presume that experience had
something to do with you not becoming an airline pilot?

Why would people hunt sheep?  Or do you have wild sheep like other
countries have wild goats?

Last night I looked up that www.atsb.gov site and consequently read
late into the night.  It was interesting to compare the Australian
accident reports with the USAn ones; not as many, but somewhat
crazier, like the man making water skis for his plane and trying them
out on the lake.  I found the incident of the two light training
planes colliding last December, and noted with interest that one
instructor was aged 20, and the other (on the surviving plane) was 89,
with 27,000 hours flying experience.  He managed to take his damaged
plane down without further incident.  As they used to say in PNG,
there are old pilots, and bold pilots, but no old, bold pilots.

      Title: Niki's Flying Fish Barbados Style
 Categories: Fish
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      8    Flying fish fillets
      1 sm Onion
      1 sm Green pepper chopped
      1    Blade chives chopped
           Thyme and parsley
           Salt and pepper
           Few drops of lime juice
      1    Egg beaten
           Breadcrumbs
           Oil for frying
      2    Limes wedged
 
  Mix the seasoning ingredients and spread over the meaty side of the
  fish. Leave for about 1 hour. Dip the fish into the beaten egg and
  then into the breadcrumbs. Fry gently in a little oil for about 10
  minutes. Serve with wedges of lime. Serves 4-6. From:
