The Extended Stay (where many stayed last time) is the most reasonably priced.
The Homestead Studio Suites I think got a bad review .... thought so -

"One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed - Blood on mattress, stains on
the walls, carpet and sofa were stained with different liquids I don't even
want to know. Hallways were dirty and banged up. This hotel needs serious
cleaning and possible renovation.

Room request was not originally honored, was given a room that was not cleaned
by maid staff. After coming back down, staff located a room that was what we
originally requested. Was also given a discount for our trouble.

Very friendly staff. Need to put staff in a better/cleaner hotel."

Same pricing as the Danvers location - Trip advisor rates it (or Hotels.com) at
a 3.0 out of 10. The Extended Stay in Danvers got an 8.4 in the same web page.

Another review of Homestead ... which, oddly enough, is also an Extended Stay
property.

"Ok, this place is really a dump. I reserved a one bedroom suite for October
27-29 so that me, my husband, our friend and her son could enjoy Halloween in
Salem. I requested a non-smoking room and we got a room that still had smoke
clouds in it. There was also a dog barking at the top of its lungs across the
hall. We were moved to a room down the hall, which thankfully wasn't full of
smoke. It just smelled like crap instead. 

The room just seemed completely dirty. The hotel had no extra pillows or
blankets. The continental breakfast was empty every time we went in there. We
would NEVER stay here again."

      Title: Butterfly Pasta W/Smoked Salmon & Asparagus
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Pasta, Wine
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    3/4 lb Thin asparagus; trimmed
      1 lb Farfalle pasta
      1 tb Olive oil or butter
      1 c  Onions; sm dice
    3/4 c  Fennel or celery; sm dice
  1 1/2 c  Half-and-half
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
      6 oz Smoked salmon; sm dice
           Chopped chives; garnish
 
  Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the asparagus
  until still slightly fibrous but mostly cooked, about 3 minutes for
  thin asparagus. Remove with tongs or a spider (large mesh scoop) and
  place in a colander to cool. Immediately add the pasta to the boiling
  water and cook according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of
  the cooking water, then drain.
  
  Meanwhile, heat the oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add
  the onion and fennel and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 10
  minutes. Add the half-and-half and simmer for 3 minutes, reducing
  slightly. Add the wine and return to a gentle simmer.
  
  Chop the asparagus into 1/2-inch-long pieces. If you like, reserve a
  few of the tips to use as a garnish.
  
  At the last minute, add the salmon and asparagus to the sauce. Heat
  for barely a minute, because the salmon doesn't taste as good when it
  overcooks, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  
  Add the pasta to the sauce, stirring in some of the pasta water if
  necessary. Serve immediately in shallow bowls, garnished with the
  chives and extra asparagus tips.
  
  Serves 6
