To clarify, there is old coal from a forrest fire laying amid some clovis era
stone tools in a riverwash.  No proof thst the coal didnt get there on it's
own or if it was carried there by man, that it wasnt old stuff dug up just
like we do out of coal beds.

All can use them (if they have one as a few classes as 'monkey' do not) but
most seem to use them as stabilizers or gliding assistance.  New world ones
use them as much as an elephant uses it's trunk.

Might be, but the water path (currents) dont really lead that way.  It is
possible there was some mixing though with existing folks.  Auk Auk seems to
lead to that idea.
