Yes, and I'll tweak to our tastes.  Still haven't found the calamansi
(?) powder yet but not really been thinking about it all the time.  We
went over to a local seafood place tonight; decided to have a low key
Valentine's celebration. (G)

I'll put the bread recipe in this message, the tapenade in the next. I
made a different tapenade but this is the one that came with the bread
recipe from the Food Network. It's from a Good Eats show

OLIVE LOAF

Vegetable spray
17 oz all purpose flour, approximately 3 1/2 cups
(I used 100% whole wheat with no problem)
3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) baking powder
12 oz pitted, roughly chopped mixed olives, approximately 2 cups
1/3 cup store bought or home made tapenade
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
(I used "rich" powdered, reconstituted)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
(I used about half a teaspoon; the olives are salty enough!)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a standard loaf pan with vegetable
spray, line with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl, add olives and tapenade,
mix well. Whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, honey and salt.  Add
to dry mix, stir to combine--do not mix until smooth. Pour into prepared
pan, bake for 75-80 minutes (until a toothpick inserted in the middle
comes out clean). Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
