Not always around here... :)   But my point was that more medical stuff
seems available longer hours now.  :)  The other thing that occurs to me
is that many radiology labs seem to be connected to hospitals, which DO
operate 24/7... I'd certainly expect ones IN hospitals to be available
around the clock, and I'd not be surprised to have connected ones have
extended hours.  Admittedly, not always open for the general public, but
up for business as needed for the hospital... (G)

I note in another message that you've never had one before... the
machine is similar to the CAT scan machine, but it makes all sorts of
ticks and whistles and percussive sorts of noise.  I found it rather
interesting actually, had a sort of modern music quality to it... (G)

Hmmm.... sounds like your body is super efficient with dealing with pain
normally... and "normal" pain pills, that are designed to raise your
pain threshhold aren't effective since you've already done the job? 
That's what happens with me, and lately even narcotic types, that deal
at the root of the pain, don't seem to be as effective as they once
were, so I don't use anything most of the time...

And, it looks like you should be taking them mostly at night to help you
sleep, so that the body has a chance to renew overnight to handle things
during the day...  :)   Zombie during waking hours is no fun at all!
