Ahaaa! The light dawns (grin)! Having spent part of my youth 
on my Maternal Grandfather's farm I know that smell! Few things 
smell worse than Pig doo. Most have never had the "pleasure" of 
that experience and I can imagine the overwhelming situation you
found yourself stuck in could certainly be ample reason. 
For me it was just another of the farmyard smells and sooner or
later you just learn to ignore it. Of course my grandfather didn't 
run a full scale pig farm either..they usually killed three big pigs
and several young pigs each fall.

I watched that episode as well...and THAT was disgusting!!

-> Now you (and the echo readers) know why I avoid pork.  One of these

Well, its' only been 10 years...and that is a smell that can
overwhelm you. but keep and open mind, pork's taste is 
delish if you can break past that memory!
