Let's see what the alternatives are, and if people choose to
go with this one, we can work on it.

 I really DO love orchestras and classical

Funny what a blanket term "classical" has become: Gregorian is of
course ancient religious music (maybe oddball is a good way of
putting it). Originally, "classical" meant concert music mostly of
the 18th into the early 19th century. Then it started spreading
both directions (earlier to the baroque and rococo periods and later
through the romantics, impressionists, and so on); most recently I
guess it has come to mean all serious or at least "non-popular"
music.

 CS> Cool!  Free waterfront ones here too but I dont know if it's anything

I thought everyone did the 1812 Overture with their fireworks.

---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

      Title: Stars and Stripes Spud Salad
 Categories: Salads, Side dish, July 4th
      Yield: 12 Servings

      4 lb Small new red potatoes
           -- cleaned and halved
      8    Garlic cloves; peeled
    1/2 c  Olive oil
      1 tb Black pepper
      1 ts Salt

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
           -(may be reduced-calorie)
      3 tb Dijon-style mustard
      3 tb Balsamic vinegar
      1 tb Mustard seed
      8    Slices bacon, cooked
           -- drained and crumbled
    1/2 c  Diced red onion
    1/2 c  Minced green pepper
           Salt, to taste
           Black pepper, to taste

  Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, the
  tablespoon of black pepper and teaspoon of salt in a roasting pan; cover
  with foil. Bake 15 minutes, uncover and continue to roast for 15
  minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and slightly
  golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and cut potatoes into
  quarters; mash the garlic cloves. Place potato quarters and mashed
  garlic in serving bowl.

  For Dressing: In small bowl, stir together all ingredients.

  Pour dressing over potatoes and gently toss. Taste and adjust seasoning;
  serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving. Serves 12-16.
