(grin)!

They tried rebooting the computers three times
and it glitched up every time...so they had to fire
them all off by hand (well they had to punch all the 
buttons by hand), which completely through the 
choreography of fireworks and music out the window 
as the fireworks weren't "buttoned" on the board in 
order of firing, rather in order of size and location 
on the space needle...so the show was rather disjointed
with fireworks going off in all directions willy nilly 
and in no particular (so it seemed) coherent arrangement.
Rather than it being an "OOOOOh" and "AHHHHHHHH" sort
of fireworks it was more like "Boy THATS funny!"

Must have been, though I don't think I thought of it
in those terms. Just wanted to stay home and be with
the girls, we get to see Amanda so seldom now that 
time with her is to be savored. Going out to the cold 
night air with lots of drunks on the road home after
didn't seem like what I wanted to do that night!
